音樂學系碩士在職專班
碩士在職專班設有演奏組、音樂專業師資教育組與演奏與實際組等組別，以成就終身學習並結合專業理論與實務之目標，強化高等音樂教育體系之在職進修功能。
Department of M.M. and M.A. Programs
The M.M. program for Professional Training offers students majoring in Winds, Strings and Percussion.
Students continue to develop skills both, in performance and analysis to bring them to higher levels of proficiency in performance.
The M.A. program for Professional Training offers two majors- Music Pedagogy, Performance and Practice in Musicology.

美術學系碩士在職專班
專為在職人士進行課程打造，多元豐富的學程包容東方與西方、傳統與現代、學理與實作的研究與討論，以提升藝術研究的專業養成。透過在學期間評鑑展與年級展等活動參與，藉由創作發表、評論觀摩、互動討論等交流，涵養研究生多元且豐富的藝術理論與創作實踐。
M.F.A. Program in Fine Art (for in-service practitioner) is designed for the working professional, and offers an opportunity to earn a graduate degree while maintaining full time employment. Diverse curriculum contains fruitful artistic knowledge and training toward Eastern and Western; as well as conventional and modern. Course work provides students with a strong foundation in art theory and application to cultivate students the diverse cognition and thinking toward their professional. This program facilitates students access to the latest cutting-edge fine arts knowledge and practices.

藝術與人文教育研究所碩士在職專班
本所以「教育理論實踐」、「藝術專業實務」與「藝術教育推廣」三個向度，並確立四項策略發展主軸：(1)兼重創新思維的理論與實務課程 (2)促進各藝術學門間跨域整合(3) 發展與藝術機構團體合作學習 (4) 建構社會關懷與人文素養學習內涵。針對在職專班部分，強調透過知識理論支持其藝術教育實務上之專業成長與實踐研究為目的，提供不同學生背景的進修需求，並考量學習目標上之差異，協助其建構理論知識，發展創新思維，增進各類教學之實務能力。
The graduate institute has developed three dimensions, including “education theory and practice”, “arts professional practice”, and “arts education promotion”, in the curriculum to prepare arts educators in various teaching fields. Through bridging the gap between theory and practice, arts-based research and learning, we aim to bring cross-disciplinary praxis, innovative thinking and social care into the field of arts education. For in-service arts educators, we emphasize providing academic and concrete supports for their teaching praxis and professional growth.

領導與決策高階經理人藝術碩士在職專班
本所高階經理人藝術碩士在職專班辦學特色，係以基於藝術專業、展演設施產業以及文化素養等有形與無形資源為底，全球化與在地化兼重視野、多元化與精確化並顧的策略思維為用，在厚植研究生專業學理基礎之外，更強化藝術經營管理批判創新與知識整合的全方位即戰專業力，期能為文化藝術產業的未來發展環境，源源不斷培育所需的優質高階經理人才。

The distinguishing feature of Executive Master of Arts Administration (EMAA) program is built upon both tangible and intangible resources, including expertise in the arts, the cultural venues industry, and cultural literacy. Our approach combines globalization and localization, emphasizing a strategic mindset that encompasses broad perspectives, diversity, precision, and foresight. In addition to solidifying the theoretical foundation of graduate students, it also strengthens the comprehensive professional skills in critical innovation and knowledge integration within the realm of arts management. It is expected to continuously cultivate high-quality executive talents required for the future development of the cultural and arts industries.
We will achieve this by providing a well-rounded education in the following areas, thus laying a solid foundation for our students to stay competitive on the global stage:
